Lahore: It is learnt through reliable sources that some rulers and influentials of Pakistan are actually partners of big Turkish businessmen and even such phoney deals are executed at government level where even the amounts are not even mentioned in agreements and signatures are made, endorsed and executed. In this regard, agreement of “Lahore Waste Management” is also under scrutiny by the concerned government quarters.
